Order

Earn points with every order, 5 Points for every CAD$1 spent.

  • 300 points = CAD$5

Only one promo code can be used per order, the best discount is automatically applied.

 

Returns

All sales are final and we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at savenartstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number and photo within 5 days of delivery.

Shipping

On average, it takes me 3 - 10 business days to process the orders. Processing times may take longer during busy periods such as shop updates, holiday season or special sales, as I personally pack your orders. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

Multiple orders placed within a small time frame may be consolidated into one shipping package to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages to lower risk of damages and due to package size restrictions.

Domestic orders: 3 - 10 business days
United States (Untracked): 10 - 15 business days
United States (Tracked): 5 - 10 business days
Everywhere else: Please allow at least 4 - 6 weeks

NOTE: These are only estimates during normal times — shipping times can vary greatly due to COVID impacts.

I use a third party courier that has partnered with Canada Post for last mile delivery of your package. It will take Canada Post a few days to update the tracking number into their system :) 

When placing an order, you have the option of "with" tracked shipping or "without" tracked shipping. 

If "without" tracked shipping is selected, it will not have a tracking number or any types of tracing mechanism. I cannot be responsible for lost mail or send free replacements or refunds in the event of an untracked package being lost/delayed. I would highly recommend "with" tracked shipping for security and peace of mind.

In the event of undelivered mail that is the fault of couriers, tracked shipments include insurance coverage, which allows cost recovery and a new package to be remailed. You must notify me of tracked shipment issues within 60 days of shipment date to be eligible for insurance coverage.

For undelivered mail at the fault of the recipient (ie. Incorrect address provided; package not picked up and returned to post office; local customs office issues), with tracked shipment or not, the package will deemed to be delivered and no refund or remailing requests will be accepted.

Customs and import taxes will differ depending on the country. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

FOR UK AND EU CUSTOMERS:

Due to the new customs/VAT policies, please be aware there is the possibility of customs and handling fees to be paid when your order arrives in your country as we do not collect any VAT when your order is placed.

You can now pick up your orders at Vancouver/Richmond BC locations for a lower shipping fee (approximately $5 CAD)**. Orders can be picked up at ‘Chit Chats’ shipping company branches. To use this option, select (Local pick up ChitChats) when choosing order shipment options:

How do I collect my order from local ChitChats branches?

Once a shipment becomes available for pickup at the desired branch, you will receive a notification by SMS or email containing a link to view the shipment tracking or reserve a pickup window. This link will always begin with chitchats.com and will never ask you for payment or other personal information via SMS or email. If you have not received a notification and it is past the estimated delivery date, please check your spam folder as it may be incorrectly filtered to junk mail. When picking up your order, you must provide one of the following:

· Full name of the recipient

· Shipment ID

Rescheduling Pick Up Times

Your package will be available for pickup at the ChitChat branch for 7 business days. After the 7th business day, your package will be processed for return. If you cannot collect your shipment within the pickup time frame, please contact ChitChathttps://chitchats.com/contact Support team (1-844-842-8777) to extend the pickup date. If you do not pick up your package in time, it is considered forfeited. Pick up rescheduling past 7 days will require additional transaction costs. 

Late Pick Up

If you do not collect your package or extend your pickup date within seven business days your package will be considered 'undeliverable' and forfeited. No exchange/refund will be accepted.
